The cornerstone of KAPOW's programs rests in progressive art education. We offer 'teacher-as-guide' learning environments, where students are free to explore, discover, and foster a life-long love of learning- Both in our classroom and in our partner gallery. The process, research, the final product, and our observations throughout are all a part of our experience. Our methods are highly individualized, and geared toward needs based on developmental age.
Passionate art-loving students can find a comfortable, kind, professional, and supportive place here in our studio classroom and art gallery. Fundamental skills in drawing, painting, color theory, conceptual art, and design principles are addressed.
For teens, all of our offerings help students develop works suitable for a college-entry portfolio.
